All exterior changes to your home must be reviewed and approved by the HOA. Please complete the form below to submit your request for review by the Harmony Place HOA Board. To help avoid delays, be as detailed as possible and include any supporting documents such as site plans, photos, or contractor information. Most requests are reviewed within 30 days. Licensed and insured contractors must complete all approved changes and homeowners are responsible for procuring any required permits or inspections. The Board reserves the right to inspect changes as needed.
