Over 50 people attended the Open House on Saturday, May 23rd. Guests celebrated the model’s completion with wine, beer, and finger foods. They met the builder and also homeowners who’ve already chosen Harmony as the place to spend their next 55+ chapter. These early birds shared their homebuying journeys and the key features they love most about their homes, including airy, open layouts, covered porches, custom showers, luxury vinyl planking, and the many options for personalizing their homes. Buyers who took the leap for early pricing also shared how delighted they are that the homes offer so much serenity and quiet, even while the rest of the community is under construction.
And the consensus is that other homeowners are one of Harmony Place’s best features! Homeowners shared how they reach out to support each other, socialize, and check in, and how eager they are to put the clubhouse to good use for community events, card games, the fitness room, craft classes, and more.
